Digitel and Pristop merged into DPG
Author/source: SEEbizZAGREB - Croatian PR company Digitel komunikacije and Slovenian Pristop have formally merged into the joint company Digitel Pristop Group (DPG), after having established ownership ties in 2005. DGP will include 27 communications agencies.
This will be the leading PR company in Southeast Europe, with an annual income of EUR 93 million. Croatia’s members of the group are Digitel komunikacije, Digitel&Premisa, Da!, Digitel medijski servisi, DIzajn Lab, Ring Multimedia, Drugi Plan, Medianet, PressCut, Millenium promocija, Predikat, and Renderspace Croatia.
The Group believes its regional development has not been completed yet and in the past few days two new acquisitions were realized. Idea Plus Communications, which operates in Macedonia and Serbia, was acquired.
