Kosor: State settles libilities regularly

At the opening of Elka cabel producer's new production facilities, she said that public companies adopted action plans to balance their business operations.
The investment worth HRK 50mn is a 'great success for Elka and Croatia', Kosor added, evident in the presence of minister of economy and minister of finance.
