Ingra issues bills worth HRK 250m

ZAGREB - Due to insolvency, Ingra plans to refinance its short-term debt by issuing HRK 250mn worth commercial bills with PBZ as underwriter and KPMG as consultant.

Currently, three tranches of Ingra’s bills are in circulation, worth EUR 14.2m and due in six months. Raiffeisen Group bought EUR 4.9m, with PBZ CO, Erste Plavi and AZ mandatory pension funds Croatia osiguranje, CO voluntary pension fund among others.

According to unofficial sources, more than a half of the new tranche has been subscribed for so far.

Meanwhile, Ingra attempted to sell Arena Zagreb sports hall, investment worth EUR 90mn, but withdrew from sale as the only bid received was too low.

Ingra (ZSE:INGR-R-A) outperformed other construction issues yesterday with HRK 2mn generated on decline of 0.95%, in spite of announced restructuring (workforce was already cut by 35%).
